Welcome to Green Gables Kitchen!

Our mission is to provide high quality fresh goods that everyone can enjoy no matter their allergen or dietary needs. We also want to promote a clean healthier lifestyle.

From our dedicated gluten-free kitchen, we offer you options for sugar-free, dairy-free, vegan, keto, low carb, seed oil-free, soy-free, and top 9 allergen free. Our current offerings include a vast variety of baked goods, soups, sweet treats, dry mixes and more.

From our Urban Farm we currently offer a vast variety of fresh culinary & medicinal seasonal cut herbs. In our nursery we provide healthy Non-GMO heirloom chemical free herb, vegetable, and flower seedlings.

Jonathan and Brittney Gable

We started Green Gables LLC Home Bakery & Urban Farm in March 2022 out of our neighborhood home. We started by selling our baked goods and seedlings at our hometown farmer's market. We then started branching out to surrounding towns farmers markets, events, county fairs, and festivals. With already having restaurant industry experience including positions in management, Jonathan sought more training in September 2022 at OSU-IT Culinary Arts program and gained valuable knowledge to propel us forward. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in April 2024, with an Associate's Degree in Applied Science in Culinary Arts. A dream came true in 2024 with our products stocking shelves of three store locations.

We strive to honor God in everything we do and value our customers as if they are a part of our family.
